Recently I was named as a defendant in a substantial lawsuit. As is the case with many lawsuits, this came as a total surprise. To compound the problem, I was not physically in the state of Arkansas. I contacted the law firm of McMullan & Brown and retained their firm after our first telephone conversation. Thanks to this firm and one attorney in particular, my outcome was favorable.
Amy Brown was my attorney and I highly, highly recommend her.
From the outset, Mrs. Brown and Mrs. McMullan explained every step of the process involved in litigation of a lawsuit. They offered cost saving tips and encouraged my participation whenever feasible to minimize fees. They answered every question and phone call in a timely manner.
Mrs. Brown displayed extensive legal knowledge throughout my case. She exhibited expert acumen numerous times including during mediation. I trusted her legal advice and then witnessed events turn out exactly as she advised. I remain in awe that she needed to ask only 2 questions that tipped the scales in my favor during depositions. May I repeat, only 2 questions.
Moreover, she displayed empathy not always found in the legal profession. There is a saying, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care". Amy Brown exemplifies that statement.
Much of this lawsuit played out in meeting rooms using Zoom. Whether in a Zoom room or courtroom, Mrs. Brown is the best attorney in any room. If you need a highly skilled attorney, choose Amy Brown.
