I am extremely disappointed with this law office.
Every time I called, a different person answered, took my information, and asked me to explain the entire situation again. Each time, I was told that someone would call me back, but nobody ever did.
After several calls and a lot of wasted time, an office assistant named Christina finally contacted us while my sister and I were dealing with a hospital situation. She seemed rushed, collected all of the information, and told us that an attorney would review the case and call us back to let us know whether they would take the case.
That call never came, I checked their ratings and comments, and I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, most of the issues people were complaining about turned out to be true.
