After being ghosted by another firm, I was relieved to find an office that was responsive and easy to schedule with. I scheduled a consult with Atty Trent Grissom regarding an HOA disturbance issue and was impressed from the start.

He asked thoughtful questions, clearly explained our options, and was upfront about fees and expectations. Before moving forward, he recommended an independent HVAC inspection. The report ultimately ruled out a repairable cause for the disturbance, saving us from pursuing unnecessary legal action.

Jim Spielberger (and later, his associate Kelly Brown) helped me develop a client contract for my global consulting business. Jim took his time with me, discussing details that are not always standard for consulting agreements, including data security breaches and system issues, multi-party confidentiality, etc. He created an agreement that was both practical and flexible. Kelly worked with me later on to make an amendment. Both were thorough, responsive, easy to work with, and their fees were reasonable. I'd recommend them to other business owners and consultants who might have uncommon or complex situations.
