I've visited this location multiple times, and only once did they seem to genuinely care about their customers. The wait times are consistently long—at least 25-35 minutes, sometimes 10-15 minutes just to be acknowledged or asked what you're there for. Twice, I waited 15 minutes just to drop off or pick up something.

During one visit, despite having an appointment, we waited 25 minutes. Another couple who had been there before us was visibly frustrated, and even after we completed our house closing documents, they were still waiting. On my most recent visit, also scheduled, I waited 20 minutes and was never assisted.

If you're considering coming here, be prepared for long waits and inconsistent service. I won't utilize their services anymore.
