Alexis was extremely rude.

Not sure what’s going on, but I emailed nobody gets back to me. I called. She was very rude. Wouldn’t get me any information..
She said someone will call back tomorrow so far it’s two weeks nothing.
I have a case going and now I’m wondering if they are closing down

I contacted this firm on Friday about their involvement in a suit that I had interest in. Of course with it being on Friday, there were not people available for answers. I was told that they would get back to me. I did get a call back, but the answer was vague and when I asked for clarification, I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience for him to ask more questions and get clarification. I understand that the person with the answers was off, but I was told, well, he is busy and His schedule is full, but I guess I can try and catch him in between things and see, but we are done with it. I can understand that you no longer have involvement, but more details as to why it is over could help me to know how I need to proceed. Maybe if you are paying them they would have a better response and want to be more helpful. My experience was strictly related to me asking questions. I did not pay for or receive work done by this firm.

I would not recommend them at all. I used to be a client here and have sent several people here to do business with them as well. Apparently they only like easy quick money cases where there's little to no work or litigation involved at all. They have really gone downhill since Tom Bacon left. They will not even make the time to speak with you to decide if your case is worth their time. You get the pleasure of speaking to a receptionist who will schedule you for a phone call appointment to speak with an attorney, then you will get a phone call the next morning from the receptionist letting you know that you and your family are not worth a 10 minute phone call. I can understand if you don't think I have a case, but how would you know? You don't have 10 minutes to find out before you have made up your mind already. At least the receptionist was polite. She's the only reason why I would leave any stars at all. If I were you, I would look for Mr.Bacon and hire him instead, he was the only one here with any integrity that seemed to actually care about the clients.
