If you want to win your case do not use this law firm, you would be better off representing yourself I waited 3 years for my disability hearing and it seemed like the lawyer knew nothing about the case. Not questioning anything from the judge just sitting back wanting to collect the money from me.. if you use this law firm and are appointed attorney Jason cook you might as well apply for your appeal council because you won't win.. three and a half years down the drain because the lawyer doesn' speak up and defend his client
Don't waste your time with this law firm and believe
me 100% easier to represent yourself or have a different law firm represent you. They are only looking to take your money .

I won my disability but got screwed over by social security. I had to file early retirement at 65 yrs old because of my spinal disease. So social security moved my retirement from one part of the month to the first of the month when disability people get paid. Making it look like I collect only disability. Now I get to live in my vehicle for the remainder of my existence. It's not worth paying your taxes. I guess that's the American government way of saying screw you. I don't understand how the law firm works or what they collected because they wouldn't respond back after my hearing. I just got a letter saying I get a one time pay out of 2,300 dollars and a disability check which was really my early retirement. I'm not the smartest person but I did my best to take care of my self in life with my mental disability due to my lack of oxygen after I died as an infant. God bless for the years I did have that were good.
