I retained Eric Hardy for maybe the easiest custody case imaginable (unmarried and father serving 30yr prison sentence with long criminal history, legally found mentally ill, and domestic abuse) after giving him thousands it took him 12 months to file and bring to court. He didn’t preform anything he professed he could or would including even child support. Didn’t even bother drafting a single order which I ended up getting from other attorney 6 months later. I now have joint custody with a absent sociopath absent “coparent” because this attorney didn’t even care enough to my child rights where represented and best interest outweighed her fathers. Do yourself a big favor and throw 4 grand out a window and google parenting plan, fill out and submit. TRUST ME THAT IT WILL SERVE YOU MORE THAT Eric Hardy will. JUST DONT.
