				Was directed to speak to them by Truist due to handling an estate and account foreclosure. Called them when they were closed, and there was no option to leave a message despite the automated voice saying to leave a message. Called them when they were open, and there was now an option to leave a message, which was the only thing I could do. I could not reach a receptionist. I could not speak to anyone directly unless I had their extension. I left a voicemail, and though it's possible that I didn't receive a return call due to sending my own lawyers after them, seeing other reviews makes me think that this is a pattern of behavior. Completely ridiculous, extremely unprofessional.

				I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this law firm was deeply disappointing. The staff was consistently rude and unresponsive—calls and emails went unanswered, and on the rare occasion we did reach someone, they showed little interest in listening or helping us resolve our concerns.



As someone who regularly works with law firms, I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. Navigating a financial situation is stressful enough, and their lack of professionalism only made things worse.



I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable or respectful legal support. I had to click ONE STAR just to write this review. If not it would have been NO STARS.

				I freaking hate being named in a forcloser when I went to court September 15th,2023

Told the judge that I and my children did not want anything to do with it

The lawyers that is handling the case is Mcabe,Weisberg,& Conway

Are rude as anything

I called them and the lady said I have to sign the paper

I told her I am not signing anything

I am not responsible for this loan neither are my children

The b i t c h hung up on me
