I see all these reviews stating good "communication" they called me 08/14/2026 and started on my case. Today is 10/21/2026 and I haven't heard from them since that day. I've called several times and left text messages and zero response. I see they respond to bad reviews, maybe I'll get a response this way.

Honest Review Warning !! I want to give an honest review of my experience with Scott McArdle. Throughout the process, there were times when I became impatient and called or texted frequently. Sometimes I received a quick response, and other times I had to wait longer than I wanted. However, looking back, I can honestly say that I always felt heard and that Scott was truthful with me throughout the entire process. Some personal issues came up during my case, and Scott was extremely understanding, compassionate, and never judgmental. He did everything he could to help me and worked hard to get me the best possible outcome. My advice to anyone currently going through this process is to be patient. Cases do not always move as quickly as we would like, and your attorney may be waiting on insurance companies, medical providers, or other parties to respond. Scott is also handling other clients who need his attention, but that does not mean your case is being forgotten. Trust that he is working to get you the most he can from your settlement. Patience was not always easy for me, but everything worked out in my favor in the end. Scott McArdle is truly a hidden gem and, in my experience, God-sent. I am genuinely grateful for his honesty, understanding, and everything he did for me. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney who truly cares.
