Please, if you want your case to be taken seriously and professionally, RUN AWAY FROM Mc Cullough law. Needing a lawyer is already a humbling experience and sometimes humiliating process. This law firm made my circumstances 10x’s worst. They were completely unsympathetic when it came to handling my case with care and would ask me to fulfill duties that they were being compensated to do. After Asking for updates about the status of my case and where it stood, I was met with either no response or rude responses. The communication on their end got so bad that I found myself having to show up unannounced numerous times just to try and catch them.

They’re receptionists was completely out of line in the way that she spoke to their clients as well. (myself) I was met with snarky remarks, quick one worded answers, and an attitude to boot. When I informed them of her unpleasant and unprofessional behavior, they did nothing about. Actually, I apologize, they DID do something about it…………..THEY BLAMED ME for their employees attitude.

After we parted ways, I was informed that a refund would be given to me after they itemized what was “appropriate.” I only received a 50% refund after only working with them for a month. They’re was barley, if any, paperwork filed because they kept requesting me to get my ex’s information that was needed.

Learn from my mistakes. I urge you to find a professional law firm that will treat you like a paying client and respect you as a person.
