This was my first time ever needing legal representation, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

I was referred to this firm by a friend and initially scheduled an appointment expecting to meet with Katherine. Instead, my matter was handled by a junior attorney. She was professional and courteous, but the overall outcome did not meet my expectations, and they did not provide any guidance.

I hired the firm to help negotiate a severance package. After the negotiations, the increase obtained was approximately $3,000, while my legal fees exceeded that amount. Throughout the process, I felt that I received limited strategic guidance and often had to navigate decisions on my own.

I ultimately chose to end the negotiations because the additional gains no longer seemed to justify the ongoing legal costs. I was also surprised by some of the billing practices, including charges for routine email communications. While I understand that attorneys bill for their time, the overall value I received did not align with the expense.

At one point, I questioned certain billing entries. In response, the firm provided extensive documentation supporting the charges but declined to make any adjustments.

I recognize that legal matters can be complex and that outcomes are never guaranteed. However, based on my personal experience, I did not feel that the results or level of guidance justified the cost, and I would not choose to use this firm again.

This is a horrible law firm. I just saw their sign off the freeway, talking about sexual harassment claims. Well, in the process of me filing sexual harassment for a major corporation they decided to change a bunch of lawyers after I got advice from one of the other lawyers to send a letter which they approved that only got me in more trouble with HR. Then after they start up the hornets nest with my corporation miraculous, they says we can’t help you anymore not because I complained not because the case changed any difference, they just decided new management and left me out to dry. Look at the current reviews of how they’re handling current customers that’s going to give you a status of how they are treating people with your lives and things that are happening to possibly you and your family so yeah I can’t wait to see your response and I did save all the emails cooperating and even the money that I paid for you guys on my consultations. Luckily, I got the EEOC involved and it saved my job but you guys did absolutely nothing but destroy my reputation and bailing out on me after I paid you.

No one seeks out an attorney unless they are in a painful predicament. This law firm accepted my case, and I was so hopeful and excited. I was even willing to overlook the fact that I called them for three days in a row and no one ever returned my call. Then, without warning, they dropped me and told me it was because of caseloads. I felt worse than I did before I spoke with them.

Katherine canceled my appointment 2 times, both when I was standing in front of the receptionist. If this behavior represents the entire law firm, I'd be embarrassed if I was an owner.

I'm not sure if this is a good law firm! I have been calling them for about two weeks to schedule. Another attorney referred me to this law firm... I finally got through today but then I was told to hold so that she could switch calendars. I was on hold for an additional 25 minutes after finally handing up! Maybe they are good, may be they aren't! Either way, if they are unavailable to schedule consultations or communicate verbally while being on hold. Why would I trust them with my case? If you have taken on too many cases, just let the public know that you are not currently taking cases, so that people will stop referring and everyone's times would not be wasted.
