Be careful when dealing with this law firm.

My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They promised to help, we signed a contract, and I made a significant upfront payment. However, after that, their attitude toward my case changed drastically.

The head of the firm and the lead attorney responded to messages very irregularly, briefly, and superficially. She could also disappear for weeks without any explanation. Her staff (including my paralegal) had no authority to make decisions or even inform me when she would be available again.

When she finally did respond, her communication was rude and condescending—like a teacher scolding a misbehaving student. She made new, vague demands, the purpose and execution of which I could not understand, and she either could not or simply did not want to explain them in detail. Her working style was to disappear for two weeks, then return with hostility, demand immediate action on unclear tasks, and leave me feeling guilty until the next confrontation.

At some point, I asked her to take a more professional approach and to dedicate a little more time to my case. In response, she unilaterally terminated our cooperation, stating that I "did not know what I wanted." She also decided on her own how much of my advance payment she would keep.

As a result, I lost several months and several thousand dollars, gaining nothing but a negative experience. I had to start all over again with another firm.

Don't make the same mistake I did.
