Horrible. First off we scheduled a consultation, they claimed they called me at the time of the appointment, but I did not receive a call. I rearranged my entire day to be on this call . I do not have any records of a
Phone call. The next day we rescheduled. Then they decided to call me back and claim that they did call me and that somehow it was my fault. In addition, they said that the time they rescheduled me at was no longer available, somehow it was a mistake. Instead of claiming this mistake, they said they were going to refer me to someone else. Insisting that they didn’t want to work with somebody like “me”.

They said that it was gonna be too tight of a squeeze and that they’re going to have to refer me to someone else. Absurd. RUDE AND Unacceptable. Do not call Matt Sutton and his rude and inconsiderate family whom answers his phone calls. Report them.

This will not be tolerated in our community. If you are a business that claims to help people, you need to have respect for your customers and treat them kindly. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. Unhelpful, unprofessional.

Matthew Sutton was supporting me with my very first lawsuit that ended successfully with a mediation. His guidance was very professional and helpful, he took time and was responsive and returned my questions without delay.
