Once again like many others, we were screwed over by this fake law firm. Thank God, my mother-in-law is very wealthy and has connection to the elites. She's getting me attorney. I am going to press charges and sue this law firm. We had AT&T data breach from all three people in my family. They destroyed our credit beyond belief. AT&T not once, but twice, we had it through AT&T our information is all on the dark web from AT&T the last message I got was two weeks ago, saying that it'll take several more months when I found out other attorneys were paying their clients out through the 18. T data breach, there are a scam and they are going to pay for everything they've done. And especially, I have a daughter on the maker wish foundation, whose identity was also stolen. Now they're saying I never assigned a release. When I have proof I did

Terrible lack of communication with this company. I have texted multiple times and called and left multiple messages for a call back regarding the status of a lawsuit. Absolutely unprofessional. Even if there is no update, even if there’s apathy toward my inquisition, somebody needs to rise above it from a professional standpoint and respond.

When I do receive some response, I will consider removing this review. Until then, it stays. …

I signed on as “class representative” for the ATT data breach incident many years ago after my life was upended by att and I LITERALLY have not only a data breach letter BUT a police report showing from the specific time frame hacked into my phone and caused approximately $5000 in loss. I then got a email addressed to “Daniel” to my email address asking me to “sign the Kroll settlement documents” which I then called and left a message for MASON LLP, when I finally got a call back - the woman was nasty, mean and standoff with me from the start and when I told her there is no way because the only owner of the account is me - Linda she got even more nasty and said “deal with it yourself” and hung up. Now Kroll doesn’t acknowledge the member ID & Mason LLP is worthless at best because they don’t answer phones - you have to leave a voicemail and wonder. My only saving grace is that I have kept screenshots of EVERYTHING and emails (incoming and outgoing) so I still can use the small claims process against ATT since I’m getting nowhere and Kroll is refusing to even recognize my documents or unique ID from ATT - what’s worse is MASON LLP stated in one email “you were part of the less serious incident where no identification was found” however in the letter from ATT (and in subsequent letters from MASON LLP) they recognize that (and state such) that my ssn, driver license and other personal information was disseminated in the data breach incident meaning that they can’t even keep track of who is who. This firm is shady as hell. Be warned
