Got a pretty nasty speeding ticket and called Ben—absolute beast. Before I even told him the officer’s name, he already knew who it was and went straight to work. No fluff, no nonsense—just a straight shooter who tells it like it is and gets results. He ended up getting the ticket completely dismissed. Great person whom God happened to make a lawyer. I an NOT writing this review because of the total victory attorney Bennett got me in court. Which was the dismissal of over 5 traffic violations, two of which carried potential jail time. I am writing this because I have been a bouncer, bodyguard and bounty hunter from Boston to Miami and I have literally, personally interacted with over 500,000 people from all walks of life, and I can tell you he is one of the “good ones”. Meaning, even if I would’ve lost my case, which would’ve been my fault from my life decisions and choices. I would still be satisfied with his service. Not because he’s obviously a good and very thorough lawyer. But because he is the type of person you encounter in your travels, from the employee at AutoZone, a fast food restaurants, a waiter/waitress, janitor to nurses. That you can instantly tell are where God wanted them to be and that they love what they do and put their all into it. For contrast, the first lawyer I randomly called from the Internet talk to me for less than five minutes, wanted to charge me double and then had his assistant call me multiple times like a thirsty used car salesman trying to get me to leave a deposit. So if you are fortunate enough to find attorney Bennett’s ad and call him, you are probably living a blessed and highly favorited life from the Lord of your own. And that is not to say he will win every case because NO ONE is perfect (hence the fact you need a lawyer lol). And no lawyer can guarantee you he will always win. But I can definitely guarantee you that win, lose or drawer. Attorney Bennett S. Ostroff has done and instructed you to do everything legally possible to win your case. I highly recommend him.
