If you are looking for an attorney that will fight for what you want, Joe Martone is not that attorney. If you are looking for an attorney with a passive attitude that seems unprepared, than look no further you found him. If I could give zero stars I would. I had 2 instances in which his office failed to forward court documents to me, one occasion in which he forgot about the court date to which he was to submit documents to the court. On the day of court he’s asking me question minutes before the judge came into the courtroom when he had days to weeks to ask beforehand. Luckily he only handled the child support modification as I hired someone else to handle the custody case. The difference in professionalism and preparation was night and day in comparison. Would not recommend Joe to anyone.

Joseph Martone was my attorney for custody and other family law issues back in 2013. Paige Peasly took his place a couple of times. What an AMAZING duo.
Thanks to them, my children's abuser was not allowed to be anywhere around them, and custody was kept a fair 50/50.
My children are now grown, and I have SOoooO much respect and appreciation for Martone/Peasley.
