Martinez Legal PC

I had a fall after slipping at the Safeway store, and Attorney Martinez helped me with the process. It took two years to reach a settlement with the other party's insurance company. No lawsuit was filed. The firm's deductions are 33.33% for attorney's fees, less the medical levy according to California law, and less the cost of photocopying medical documents. The check I received came directly from the firm's bank account. Attorney Martinez and his assistant, Emmanuel, were kind and courteous.

I have nothing but good things to say about Attorney Jesus Martinez and his entire team. From the very beginning until the end of my parents' immigration case, they were incredibly kind, patient, professional, and always took the time to keep us informed throughout the entire process. One of the main reasons we chose their office was because they speak Spanish, which made communication much easier and more comfortable for my parents. They were with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Thanks to their knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for their clients, my parents’ case was handled successfully. We are truly grateful for everything they did for our family. I highly recommend Attorney Jesus Martinez and his team to anyone looking for an honest, compassionate, and experienced immigration attorney.
