What a joke. My attorney Tommi Mandel is afraid of the prosecution and refuses to work my case as all my past attorneys have done. She doesn't know the law and does not fight for her clients. Atleast she hasn't for me, my hearings keep getting pushed back and she refuses to file for and expedited trial. My family and financial situation has gotten so bad because of these delays and she won't go to the judge to plea the case because the prosecution said no. I thought the judge makes the decision but I guess not in her case because she doesn't fight for her client she lays down and does what the prosecution says. Stay far away unless your guilty of something and don't care about being defended.

I worked with Evan Antal on a complicated, multi-year RFA case that successfully went through the appeals process in the state Supreme Court and secured a remand after an EXTREMELY unjust opinion by the lower court. We later won on remand!

He was strategic and well-prepared at every stage. Evan is very knowledgeable about the letter of the law and can understand and communicate modern issues, such as cyberstalking, facing RFA plaintiffs today. I’m grateful for his professionalism in a VERY difficult and emotional process.

Was referred to the firm, called and spoke with paralegal who did an intake going over personal and distressing detail as a victim. Never heard from them. Called back, never heard back. Honor-less
