Dear Joe,

I’m writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding legal support I received from your office—especially from my attorney, Josh Galvan, Cathy Margolis, and Nicki Lopez.

From the very beginning, Josh demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and legal expertise. He guided me through the process with both confidence and compassion, always ensuring I was informed and that I understood each step. His logical approach and clear explanations made a world of difference during a time filled with uncertainty. Not only was he professional, but he was also a genuine pleasure to work with.

What truly stood out to me was not just Josh’s skill, but the overall experience at your office. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, driven, and sincerely caring. I was treated like family, which turned a stressful situation into one that felt manageable—and even hopeful. The warmth and professionalism of your entire team speak volumes about the culture you’ve built.

I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Cathy for the support she provided. Her ability to keep everything organized and seamlessly coordinate appointments did not go unnoticed—it made a tremendous difference. Beyond her efficiency, what stood out most was her kindness and the positive energy she brought to every interaction. At one point, she jokingly said she was like my Jewish mom, taking care of everything—and it truly felt that way. I could tell she genuinely had my best interests at heart.

Another person who left a lasting impression was Nicki Lopez. From the very beginning, her warm and reassuring voice on the phone brought comfort. She even stopped by in person during my office visits to wish me luck. That small gesture meant so much and made me feel like more than just a case number—it made me feel seen, valued, and cared for.

I’m thrilled with the outcome of my case and deeply grateful for the attention and care I received. I couldn’t have asked for better representation, and I’m so happy everything is coming to a positive close.

Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Josh and the rest of your incredible team. I will always be appreciative of the work you do.

I did write this slightly earlier than I intended but I heard Cathy was retiring and I wanted to make sure she knew how much she was appreciated prior to her departure.

Warm regards,
Rachel Remenar

I was really excited to work with this firm because they were highly recommended, and the reviews were good. However, I didn’t have a good experience. After explaining my case to Daniel I asked if the office would be able to take my case. I was advised that they couldn’t determine that until I provided my social security number, and agreed for them to represent me. The next day I was asked to provide screen shots of my declaration page. After providing that information, and reaching out to confirm if the information I provided was what was needed I didn’t hear from anyone for 4 days with an apology. Shortly after I received a text, not a call, not an email, but a text that they couldn’t take my case because of the attorneys work load. I then called the office for a better explanation, and long story short my case wasn’t worth taking on. Daniel advised me that someone would call me back to give me suggestions on to move forward with my case, but days later I haven’t heard from anyone. Also, anytime I called the office the representative would answer only saying hello. No formal greeting from her at all. I can understand that my case may have not been worth it, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional, and a waste of my time.
