Mark W. Lyons, Attorney

Mark represented our HOA in a construction defect lawsuit. He stuck with us for a grueling 6 years, holding our hands the entire time. We were able to achieve a satisfying end to what can only be described as a stressful, thankless journey for the homeowners (and I'm sure at times for him). To say that I'm thankful isn't quite going far enough. He completely saved our bacon (and our home values).

There were many points throughout that saga (too many to count) where I was especially grateful that Mark was, as the saying goes, batting for our team. He's a tough litigator with the right blend of tenacity and tirelessness; Mark is the guy you want on your side. As an ally: he's indefatigable. As an opponent? He's formidable, and not someone I'd ever want to face down in court.

Used Mr. Lyons for a speeding ticket in the past. Was a fast response and extremely easy transaction. In doing so he got my speeding ticket to a non-moving violation.

Today, another matter come up with me needing a representative in family law. Even though this was out of Mark's expertise. Mr. Lyons took 20-30 minutes out of his busy schedule. He listen and consulted me into a positive direction without asking for any payment.
This type of business is unheard of these days. It seems most are out to get a fat paycheck.

Nevertheless hopefully I will not need Mr. Lyons professional Service in speeding tickets. This left foot of mine always gets me in trouble (lol) So I will not hesitate calling upon Mark again!!!
