Mr Williams accepted 4500.00 retainer and fees from me in April to represent my son. He is now listed on the Fauquier courtsite as recused from the case and declined to work on the case.. because the plea deal w/ was not acceptable to anyone was rejected by parties. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED w/ him and courts in FAUQUIER whose pages conflict w/ the events. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. I would request a refund.. did he actually use the entire 4500? for one day in court. I have hired many attorneys and that was a retainer not a total FEE amount.

I hired Mark B. Williams to represent me for a traffic infraction, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. After my initial phone consultation, I was able to make payment online, and within just a few hours I received a copy of the representation that had been filed with the court. I was able to provide the necessary paperwork to help support my case, and everything moved forward quickly and efficiently. From there, all we had to do was wait for the court date. The process was stress-free, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I greatly appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication every step of the way. If you’re looking for representation for a traffic infraction, I highly recommend Mark B. Williams and his team. They made a potentially stressful situation easy to navigate and delivered excellent results.

Alyssa Phillips is absolutely the first call you should make when you need the best legal representation possible. She is fair, professional, thorough, and incredibly bright and knowledgable; but also is a walking textbook of law. At my first meeting with her, she put me at ease, and I had no doubt from then on, that I was in the right hands. My divorce was at times contentious, and it was a rough time. One thing I could count on was the rock-solid presence of Alyssa Phillips, on top of things, keeping me informed, always, advising me, and walking me through every step. I highly recommend her and can't say enough good things about my experience with this firm. Everyone is gracious, kind, and helpful. It feels like they are always sensitive to their clients' situations. Accepting that divorce is inevitable is the first hard step. The next step should be to call Alyssa Philips.

I was charged with reckless driving. I had some tickets before but nothing criminal. Was able to get an initial consult quickly but his recommendations were just take a class and volunteer. There was no guidance on the number of hours despite sending an email asking and calling the paralegal to ask Mr. Williams if I should do more (both before and after completing some hours). I did 30 hours but I was just guessing what was needed. The worst part was I was ready to do more but took lack of response from the attorney as I had done sufficient remediation. Culpeper is a rural county so for class 1 misdemeanors I learned you need to do more especially with prior tickets. I consulted with another lawyer after my trial and they said they would have told me to do 75-100 hours and believed they would have gotten me a better outcome. To Mr. Williams thanks I guess, better communication and guidance from this firm is needed in the future.
