His staff was always available to help us coordinate and answer any questions and definitely went above and beyond. You can only imagine how worried I was getting a call that my daughter had gotten pulled over by a police officer and was threatened jail time ...Mr. Arthur successfully dropped my daughter's careless driving charges and all associated points. He displayed exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He kept me well-informed and reassured us throughout the process. He did whatever he could to help mitigate all problems and find a solution for the problem at hand. The morning of the trial, I was nervous calling the office to speak with his wife Ms.Hume Arthur.
