Beginning with our first meeting Paul patiently listened to our questions and our needs. He took the time to educate us as well as to understand what we were seeking. We left that first meeting with confidence and some homework to do.
At our next meeting I informed Paul that I was undergoing hip surgery in approximately 10 days. Paul treated my poor planning as his emergency and 3 days before my surgery we had our final meeting where all the completed paperwork was signed.
