I would not recommend Mr Maples for child visitation attorney. My son did everything required I had to schedule all appointments myself and was billed a fee for the attorney and an additional fee for his assistance for all calls was told numerous times you are so close to having visitation you are at the finish line then on my last visit was asked do you want to give up the oldest son is 15 he will be 18 inn a few years resume a relationship at that time I paid him over 5000.00 and had paid for extras anger management drugs test and reunification with a quack. Then Phil is billing me over 1300.00 more and he was hired 09/03/2024 it is 04/2026 still no visitation never seen a judge this is a nightmare I want half of my money back so I can find an attorney who will stand up for me. And mother of the children was arrested 2x for what she accused my son of and Phil would not relay that information to the judge I will not recommend this attorney find someone else
