Horrible treatment . I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this office. I have called approximately 6–7 times over the past two weeks regarding a potential HOA case. Each time, the receptionist, Riley, has told me that she spoke with the attorney and that I would receive a return call. I have yet to receive a single call back. Today, I finally asked why I continue to be told that someone will call me when no one ever does. I explained that if the attorney does not want to take my case, that is completely fine — just be professional and tell me that so I can move on and contact another attorney. Instead, I was told, “I’m just doing my job, and that’s what the lawyer said.” My issue is not whether the attorney chooses to take my case. Attorneys have every right to decline a case. My issue is being repeatedly told for two weeks that I will receive a call back, causing me to continue following up, when no one has the courtesy to actually call. People contacting an attorney are usually already dealing with a stressful situation. A simple, honest response such as, “We are unable to assist you with this matter,” would have been much more professional than repeatedly promising a return call that never happens. Based on my experience, the communication and customer service have been extremely disappointing.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This has been a nightmare with Manzo and Associates. Zero Communication. My file did not close when it was supposed to and they never let me know why I had to call them and then they argued with me over the phone instead of just taking responsibility and apologizing and explaining what happened they got very defensive and started getting mad at me the seller steer clear of this place
