I was referred to Michael Sudekum by another family friend who is a lawyer. He spoke very highly of him and said he was hopeful he would be able to help with my situation. We did a brief consultation over the phone where in no subtle terms Michael informed me to “not expect a substantial amount for my injuries”. As this was the first time speaking to him and I never mentioned compensation but wanted to learn more about the process, I thought he was extremely rude. Not everyone is searching for a pay out some of just want the people at fault to face some form of consequences for their actions. Would 100% tell anyone who is injured to avoid even speaking to him and go somewhere else.
