Good luck getting a response. I requested some basic guidelines to better understand my rights before potentially facing a legal issue. My initial request was sent four weeks ago, FOUR, followed by three emails and a phone call— I was given the run around and then no response from the attorney at all. Here we are at the deadline and I still have zero guidance from them.
