Mike Malin is an excellent attorney and human being. He is smart, professional, and will fight for you. I highly recommend this guy to represent you. Also, if someone physically attacks you in his presence, he could physically beat them with 1 arm because he makes Hercules look weak.

I had Michael Malin assist me with my DUI. When I first started the process with Michael he was personable and appeared to be eager to assist with my case. We showed up in Springfield at one of the appointments and Michael did not come prepared with my documents. The date was postponed after the date my permit expired. The final court date he was not prepared either. I was going through his notes so I asked if I could talk to start the appointment. He did not tell me how to extend my permit and so therefore I went another 6 months without being able to drive while my father was dying of cancer. I retained Johnson Law Group this year to assist me with getting my license back. They were very professional, prepared, took the time to do "Mock Trials" with me, and told me how to extend my permit so that I would not loosing my driving ability. Brendan at Johnson showed up to court prepared and organized. I wish I would have decided to go with Johnson Law Group in the beginning. I would have had my license back 2 years ago!
