It was all good with them when they took they case in March of 2025 but now I feel like they let me down and not even keeping there communication with me or even tryna get my money as soon as possible cuz they no they get paid for lagging and more time My accident has been over a year now and my demand letter has been sent out since last year December 2025 they don’t call me back wen I call and it’s hard to get a response now they just dragging there time and and changing so many people I talked to with my case like why u switching me case workers wen im already in the demand department and the last stage of this whole process and I just pray they contact me or ima contact another law firm to take over the case

They accepted my case knowing all of the facts, including that the door involved was manual, not automatic. After keeping my case for over two years, putting me through countless phone calls, paperwork, and delays, I was suddenly told that an attorney had reviewed the case and they would no longer represent me because liability was being denied. If that was their position, they should have made that decision when they first accepted my case—not after wasting two years of my time. Communication was one of the biggest problems. My settlement negotiator, Andrew Pacheco, often took months to respond, and getting an update on my case was extremely difficult. I rarely received proactive communication and constantly had to follow up myself. The office also seemed very disorganized. Nearly every time I called, I was told someone different was handling my case. It felt like there was no consistency, no accountability, and no one who actually knew the status of my file. Speaking directly with an attorney was nearly impossible. The staff was frequently discourteous and unprofessional, and the overall level of customer service was disappointing. I expected clear communication and professionalism from a law firm, but that was not my experience. After more than two years, I was left exactly where I started—without representation and having lost valuable time that could have been spent pursuing my case elsewhere. If you’re looking for a law firm that communicates well, stays organized, and values your time, my experience suggests you should look elsewhere.
