I phoned the office with multiple questions as I have 2 court cases that I am dealing with. After one inquire the woman states that they only deal with commercial real estate, thank you bye and hung up all in one breath. I called back to ask the woman her name and she proudly announced herself as the office manager Susan Owen. I advised sarcastically that I thought she was extremely professional for hanging up on me and I would love for a company like the one she represents to stand by me.. she laughed and said HaHa you're funny bitch.. BITCH.. Yes she did call me a bitch!!! That just blows my mind how one bad egg can taint an entire companies image, moral, and professionalism. I would fire someone like that, not keep them at the front line,, geesh! The first person you encounter speaks volume within a business to me.. I guess I'm just going to take my unanswered questions someplace else:) !!!!
