I’m just supporting the Rogers name

My experience with Miss Rogers has been lukewarm at best. She made two egregious errors in the case apologize for the first one and offered to drop the case. I felt it was more fitting punishment that she have to finish out the case and do a good job which she did not do. The separation agreement does not have dates as to when certain things are supposed to be done, like splitting assets. No deadlines. Then she had me paying rent in the house that I own and tried to say that it was my idea to pay rent in the house that I own. That is absolutely absurd. I told her no on that every time it came up, but she was determined to put that in there it seems from my perspective.

My ex has not paid a single child support payment and the office response was “will get back to you.”

Edit: Mandy’s response was a document that actually says I would agree to pay rent on the house I *OWN* AFTER the divorce decree, (pictured) making it clear that I couldn’t afford to pay this, especially while not receiving any child support and living on $200/week. This is as a $13,000 divorce and I’m so mad I can barely speak. Check out other reviews- nothing is current.

Around Christmas, I had asked her to hurry things along because it was affecting my daughter’s mental health . Mandy stopped working on my case in response. Go somewhere else. I don’t know what her problem listening is but go somewhere else.

We hired Ms. Roger's with a $4000 retainer while she was with a firm Saunders and Ojeda. She was hired to bulldog a situation with my husbands ex wife and the results were nothing more than lack luster. She did get one thing done that we wanted, but there was no push back and she didn't succeed in making the opposing attorney do ANYTHING. Literally they didn't even sign the paperwork she supposedly filed back in January 2024. When we called her office to pay our invoice we were told we owed even more money which was a little of a shock-and when my husband was upset about it the staff in the office put the phone down and started laughing and making jokes about my husband while he could hear them the whole time. If you want someone who will not return phone calls and nickel and dime you for average results this is who you should call!!!!
