Do not hire this lawyer by any means with your own money. If she is appointed by the Judge to be your G.A.L request anyone but her. After 4 years of her involvement with my case I almost lost my son completely to strawman arguments and her non stop lies in the courtroom all in the "best interest of the child". Hogwash!!
Not to mention a whole year of wages lost from her constant agreeing to put off getting an agreement signed. I will also freely give anyone any copies of this insane paper trail that wants to read them proving my case and can share many more terrifying details personally if needed.

I paid an attorney $300 per hour to sit with me in her own office before court to be a witness to our first ever meeting and she treated my relationship with my child, whom i raised from birth, and who had come through wedlock with disdain. When talking to her about custody her ridiculous comments started with sarcasm and disrespect along the lines of " well, you have to learn to walk before you fly and he needs to be more with his mother now and then when he's older things will change. When I asked her point blank " Do you have a child of your own? Have you ever held your own baby and raised your own baby? She proudly answered me " What does that have to do with anything?!!!!" Its got everything to do with everything.

At no point did my sons life or heart ever come into play. The more I talked about the father son relationship the more the whole courtroom ignored me or tried to shut me up. I was never even called his father once in court over 20 trips. I was called Mr. Kline or a provider!! Constantly mocking and tearing down the most wonderful relationship a father and son could ever have. Making me jump through hoops of fire to be with the only person on this planet I truly loved , making light of our broken hearts as if i was acting or faking my concern for my child.
I am one of hundreds of people that have had suffered through this woman's charades. She is a part of an absolutely corrupt local system that the state bar and Virginia supreme court receive complaints daily about and give you the sorry buddy treatment and look the other way. I spoke with the State Bar twice after emailing in complaints and apparently the in depth examples of completely unethical behavior and court strategies ISNT UNETHICAL. For the hundreds of other families ruined from this woman's involvement, WE ALL HOPE Hell is a real place.
