First, I would like to thank the lovely Robin for her empathy, much needed humor, professionalism, listening ear, and attentiveness all the times that I called in and/or showed up to the office. She always made what initially felt like a bad day or moment, feel good. I have a great respect for people who give it to you straight. Mr. Luzim knows the law, knows the system, and knows the character and the science of humans. He actively listens, he educates, he guides, he empowers, he does his homework, he speaks the language, and he executes. The court process is VERY scary and overwhelming, yet I always left his office wiser and with confidence. I am honored to be a client, and will refer, and continue to seek their services, if needed.
