My brother who is disabled needed custody help and we contacted this firm to help us. We paid and they were supposed to file, they never contacted us and when we requested to see what has been done they demanded more money and did absolutely nothing. The state didn’t receive any documents and we never got anything. We contacted the state and they told us to reach out to the attorneys, once we did we found out that they have no idea and nobody got back to us in over 10 days . I attached the paperwork and email from David Lutz. These people are the bottom of the barrel. Please do yourself a favor and find anyone else. They lied about filing any documents since the department of child support said they have nothing. And they are now ghosting us.
