When called I spoke with an attorney who told me most people/clients former and present have mental issues, and an assistant I spoke with didn’t know the difference between the respondent and petitioner, she had to ask me. There are other attorneys out there with assistant who don’t have to ask you questions they should already know, and cheaper prices to talk for you in court via zoom.
