HORRIBLE... Nicholas Fagnano was assigned to my case. My experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing and stressful. I paid the firm in full for legal representation and trusted them to handle my matter professionally. According to the court-stamped filing date, 103 days passed before my paperwork was filed. During that time, I received little to no communication, no meaningful updates, and several of my calls were not returned. When I became concerned and started asking questions, I felt dismissed instead of supported. I eventually had to check the court records myself to understand what was happening. I was also told that someone would call me back multiple times, but those calls never came. The most embarrassing part happened on the day of my court hearing. I arrived expecting my attorney to represent me, but no attorney from the firm appeared. The judge stated in open court that there was no attorney listed on my behalf and asked whether I had actually paid an attorney. I was given the choice to reschedule and return with legal representation or move forward on my own. After already experiencing months of delays, I chose to represent myself. I felt completely unprepared, embarrassed, and taken advantage of. I paid for professional legal services, but when it mattered most, I was left alone to handle the hearing myself. There was no advance communication explaining who would meet me, what I should expect, what documents I should bring, or whether anyone from the firm would attend. In my opinion, this office was highly disorganized and failed to provide the communication, preparation, and representation I paid for. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for dependable legal representation. Please carefully research your options before hiring these attorneys.
