The attorney helped me out a lot and was very knowledgeable.

It is really hard to get a hold of anyone at this firm. Tried the contact sheet on their website and through social media, no response. Called the number and it rings forever and an answering service finally answered but they are super rude. I told her that I am wondering if anyone works here or if they are in business and she said, “well, I’m answering the phone.” This was Robin who works for an answering service. Not sure if this is even a real firm because you can’t get a hold of anyone.

I do not recommend this law firm and I would warn anyone who would think about hiring them. While their hourly rate is a bit higher, that was not the issue. They nickel and dime you for every minute spent. They are inefficient and thus spend much more time than is warranted to draft letters and argue the case. They failed to provide us with good advice and ultimately advised us to “wait and see” in regard to pursuing our case. It was very stressful working with the team assigned to us. When we fired them and got a new lawyer, we were able to easily move forward and win our case with no concessions, with less money, less stress and a lawyer who really seemed to know what they were doing.
