From the beginning of my lawsuit I appreciated that their team was willing to listen when no one else would. Christina and Kaitlyn were very responsive and communicative. Nick has a good combination of knowledge and Witty sarcasm. Though I do think there some issues in my case we could have pushed further to bring light to the situation and make change, I do think ultimately he did a great job.
