My experience with this law firm was not positive, and I would not recommend them. Although Vanessa López has many awards and recognitions, when I hired her, I expected her to represent me and help me resolve my legal issue. Unfortunately, after several months and spending thousands of dollars, I felt that I was still practically in the same place. I also found their billing system to be very expensive. Multiple people can work on your case, and each person generates charges, including for communications and questions that I feel could sometimes be handled more simply. Additionally, I had a credit balance on my account and had to follow up and contact the firm to request that it be refunded. I later received a new invoice for an amount that, based on my review, matched the balance that was still owed to me. This is simply my personal experience, but after everything that happened, I would not recommend her to anyone looking for family-law representation. My experience was that I ended up spending a significant amount of money without receiving the concrete solutions I expected.
