Really doesn't rate one star. I really don't know how he became an attorney. The total lie to get you to sign him up and then doesn't give you the time of day . What's worse had a meeting with he believed was the other party with out me and really the people he had the meeting with had nothing to do with the other party. Have to say it was a great thing for him to put biannual accounting on my family trust but for 5 years there was no accounting done and he did nothing. Yes I have big problems with my family and that's why I hired him to take care of or at least address but he did nothing then he told me there is no more money in the case and he quit. So now after 8 years of him doing nothing he just left me without an attorney and no other attorney wants the case because it has been so long and nothing was ever done. Very ,very poor attorney!!!

My experience with Cristian Arrieta was very disappointing. He did not clearly explain or advise me, and strongly believe I was overbilled for communications. When I asked to meet in person to review billing issues, he declined. I was billed for communications with opposing counsel but was not included in or informed about emails or negotiations, and agreements were made without my knowledge. I believe my interests were not adequately protected, unnecessary fees were allowed, and I was asked to sign a document waiving final accounting without reviewing all receipts. I ultimately terminated his services. If you choose this firm, document all calls, insist on being included in correspondence, and do not sign anything without full explanation.

Poor representation.
