Had a terrible experience with Beth Williams with a closing on real estate. This was a complicated matter for anyone, but, her not returning calls, dishonesty, and overall unprofessionalism made this situation so much worse. I never leave bad reviews-waited several months before leaving this, but the things we dealt with was truly uncalled for.

I would steer clear of Lowe & Williams for all matters real estate. I am a full time real estate investor and close several transactions per month. This was one of the top 3 worst escrow agents I have ever worked with. Very poor communication, did not appear to read the purchase and sale agreement for escrow instructions, did not have an understanding of wholesale and/or assignment transactions and relied heavily on me to amend the settlement statement 5 or 6 times before getting it right. They also don't have e-signature or wire capabilities so definitely stay away if you don't intend to walk in the front door. For real estate transactions, I'd look elsewhere if I were you.
