A pit already forming in my stomach from my current situation. I walked into the law office and Grace, the receptionist, didn't even bother looking up from her phone. When I finally cleared your throat to get her attention, she let out an exaggerated sigh, slowly dragging her gaze to meet mine with a look of pure contempt. "Another one?" she drawled, her voice dripping with disdain. "Look, we're not running a charity here. Unless you've got a seven-figure retainer and a case that'll make us famous, you're just taking up valuable oxygen." She then let out a loud, theatrical yawn, leaned back in her chair, and pointedly ignored my every attempt to explain my situation, opting instead to scroll through social media with an audible click of her tongue. It was abundantly clear my presence was not just an inconvenience, but a personal insult to her. This is absolutely the worst service I have had! -5 STARS! I should have listened to my colleagues about this place. I do hope that all potential clients see this and avoid Grace, or just find a better establishment.
