I cannot recommend this team enough. From the moment I reached out, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my situation. What stood out most was how clearly they communicated everything, no confusion, no runaround, just straightforward guidance when I needed it most.

They handled my case with professionalism and urgency, while still making me feel supported on a human level. Legal situations can be overwhelming, but they made the entire process feel manageable and under control.

You can tell they truly know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. I felt protected, heard, and in very capable hands the entire time.

If you’re looking for attorneys who are sharp, reliable, and actually show up for you, this is the team.

Title:

Serious Misrepresentation and Abandonment in Time-Sensitive Eviction Matter

I retained this attorney based on clear and repeated representations that she would handle my eviction defense and a related habitability matter involving serious mold and unsafe living conditions. I was instructed to wait until formal service and was quoted a fee for representation. In direct reliance on these statements, I did not retain alternate counsel.

After I was served, she refused to proceed with the eviction defense, leaving me unrepresented under strict legal deadlines and exposed to immediate legal risk. She also denied agreeing to take the habitability matter altogether, despite prior statements and witnesses who can confirm her commitments. This reflects a clear failure to follow through after inducing reliance in a time-sensitive legal situation.

She referred me to a mold inspection vendor who performed an inadequate and incomplete assessment and has refused to correct the deficiencies. This further delayed proper documentation and remediation of hazardous conditions affecting my health and legal position.

When I raised concerns, she responded by attempting to withdraw from my existing case. The timing strongly suggests this was retaliatory rather than a good-faith resolution of the issues raised.

This pattern of conduct—misrepresentation, failure to perform, and withdrawal under pressure—created significant legal exposure and harm during a critical eviction matter. I would strongly caution others to verify commitments and engagement terms in writing before relying on representation.
