Rose the appointed lawyer they gave me fought and didn’t give up. She did amazing and better than any lawyer and the crazy part I didn’t have to come out thousands of dollars! I couldn’t be any happier with her work

It's very sad, and I completely agree with the reviews. Dario, 0 stars. The only positive thing I can say about this law firm is the supportive parents they assign you; they help you, guide you, and have one-on-one conversations. The lawyer assigned to your case should have that one-on-one conversation. Here, they aren't empathetic human beings; they're judgmental. They see life in a rigid way, according to their upbringing. A mistake is a mistake, and as a parent, you have to pay for it. For them, life is either black or white... sometimes life deals you a hand, and you have to play it that way. There are many factors to consider. Lawyers are narrow-minded; they only think one way. (You have to understand that this is their belief system.) I hope that parents with a case are assigned a lawyer who will help them. And to the parents we've lost, be resilient, be strong, change your mindset, be creative, work on your self-love, ask and have faith that you will see your children again and rebuild those bonds. Blessings to all the mothers and fathers who have lost. Losing is healing, and with time it becomes a gain, it grows, it provides experience; unlike winning, which teaches nothing. Greetings.

Very rude unprofessional individuals. The female individual I spoke with has no patience nor knows how to be professional. Had a very short temper and rudely hangs up. Apparently being rude to other people is funny to her also. Provide better communication and phone etiquette skills to your insolent staff.

If I can give a zero star to this organization I would do that. Every review written on this firm is true and accurate. This firm is a scam especially law offices of Emily Berger assigned an attorney to my case his name is Benjamin Falcioni. He did nothing on the case and today as a result I have lost custody of my daughter. please check their statuses of california state bar and you would get to know how bad this organization is. Please don’t trust them. It is true they have no integrity and they work against innocent parents especially mothers are so degraded and disrespected and are least helpful and supportive. Please parents post as many reviews on this firm as many as you can so that other parents can find it helpful as well.oh and I forgot I was also assigned a parent advocate cum a social worker investigator. Guess what she never investigated the social worker but would in return investigate me. Do not do not trust this firm please. Run away from dcfs and Los Angeles dependency lawyers aka LADL.
