Please BEWARE of this Elder Law Attorney! My widowed family member hired him and he absolutely did NOT do her Trust according to her wishes. She did 2 Amendments after her initial Trust was written which also were not done according to her wishes. When her last Amendment was written she was over 90 years old and her Trustee brought her to the appointment. At first, Mr. Longnaker would not allow her Trustee to be present in the room but when my family member insisted he conceded but dictated that the Trustee would NOT be allowed to even speak. He ended that appointment having my family member sign the final Amendment without even letting her or her Trustee read the changes and they were absolutely NOT what she requested. She did ask him before leaving to make sure what she wanted was changed and Mr Longnaker assured her he did exactly everything she requested. After she passed a few months later all of this was discovered and in the end NOTHING she wanted was distributed or handled according to her wishes. Unfortunately, at that point it was too late to correct everything since she had already signed the documents. This Attorney CANNOT be trusted so never let a loved one who is already associated with him proceed without having someone to help advocate for them.
