Very kind and helpful representatives! Got back to me very quickly and gave me the information i needed.

I'm warning you ahead of time to not even bother or waste your time. This has to be a scam to get funds from the state! First, I speak w autumn who was actually kind of helpful for if I wanted to do things myself. Then, I get a call from Ulysses who said he wld take the case. The same day, I get an email from lone star legal aid telling me that nobody can take my case after I was just told smbdy was taking the case. I text Ulysses back bc that was his preferred method of contact. Clear everything up. I was sent some papers to sign, done. Fast forward 4 months later, I get a vm from Autumn saying that my case was xfered back to her and that NOTHING has been submitted! Not even the draft that Ulysses said in the txt that he completed. During these 4 months, do I get a call, text, or email? NOPE! At this point i dont even care about their services and will definitely filing a formal complaint. I can file the paperwork myself!!! I received those instructions 3 months ago!!!!!!!!! And sorry how the texts are not in order, but I tried to fix it and it won't let me but you get the gist!!!!

I called yesterday at 11:04 am. I was informed intake was a certain time. I call back at that time and absolutely no one would answer the phone then I show up at the building between the time of intake and no one would answer the door. This is ridiculous to not be able to put an application in for legal assistance in this area.
