I purchased Legal Shield and was able to use their online scheduling system to set up a call back the next day from one of their lawyers. I received a reminder text & email as well as a follow up text & email stating that I can message my law firm directly going forward if I have any questions regarding my open request.
Lawyer, Aaron, was polite and friendly and explained what I needed to do in my situation and sent me the documentation. I feel heard and valued as a client and so far I've only paid 1 month of Legal Shield. I will be keeping it because I want this service in my back-pocket for ANY and ALL legal questions that I have that I would have otherwise not asked a lawyer about. I might have googled info but why spend all that time and take that risk when I can have legal advice for around $40 per month?! (There are less & more expensive options than what I chose)
