Looking at this firms reviews and there are lots of 1 stars seems Lombino Martino, doest care I wish my 1 one star review was as just like the rest mine is more serious my truck was legally stolen from a shop and Lombino Martino, didn’t care This was worsts service ever I Was surprised legal shield how I was placed with Lombino Martino, found a different firm that specializes in unauthorized work after the demand letter was send and declined the shop said take us to court. Lombino Martino, just refer me to any law-firm so Lombino Martino, can say they did their job even if the law firm Lombino Martino, refer me don't specialize in what I need but at least Lombino Martino, referred me and I have to ask for another referral to get the same results to another law firm that doest do what I need. I then filed a complaint corporate called me from LegalShield I told her what happen she then contacted Lombino Martino, so Lombino Martino,felt obligated to follow up with me Lombino Martino, had the nerve to tell just because a firm sent a demand letter. It doesn’t mean they’re going to represent you. I was shocked after that then they can’t refer me to anyone because they believe that since most people can’t afford the retainer fees and can’t keep up with retainer fees, they have exhausted their resources and they can’t help me. I asked that lady how much do I have in my bank account she replied I don’t know how I said how much do I make in a year she I don’t know I said how do you know I can’t afford these fees she said don’t put words in my mouth. I never said you couldn’t afford it. I said other people can’t afford it so we can’t help you like that makes much sense. Great firm and again I was contacted again from someone else in voice mail form Lombino Martino,law firm and the attorney couldn’t even identify himself he said this is an attorney at Lombino Martino, and would Like to talk about and I understand there's been some uh, uh, problems trying to find a referral attorney. Again because they don’t care if they really help me finding an attorney referral because really this doesn’t effect Lombino Martino, only just making a courtesy call because the corporate office got involved and making Lombino Martino,look bad and now Lombino Martino. have to act like they care about the situation because corporate was notified.
