TL is an amazing immigration attorney. She came highly recommended to me by a friend who had engaged her services to help him obtain his EB1 green card. TL and her team including Erika and Katherine were very detail oriented and coached me through every step of the application process (which was very lengthy). They also handled the RFE I received upon application and while this added to the processing time, she and her team provided over 30 additional pages of evidence to USCIS to help me obtain the approval. Applying and obtaining a green card is a stressful and lengthy process and it’s imperative to have an attorney who not only knows immigration law like the back of her hand, but also offers reassurances when things feel overwhelming!

I used Loke Walsh before she setup the firm for O1 Visa in 2009. Then used her firm for EB1. We did great job for preparing supporting documents. After filing, it took less than 10 days to get approved. Really great experience.

Took a long time to get an appointment as they rescheduled, she was not prepared for the meeting with the current information I had sent over. Was very abrupt and rude over the phone didn't really look at my case before telling me I had no chance. I went with another lawyer and got approved for my visa 3 months later
