Reached out and was ignored with absolutely no response.

Unfortunately so far I'll have to leave a one star review for this firm for how they handle follow up after initial contact. I have a very serious case of police brutality, excessive force, unlawful arrest and detainment based on a fake warrant and selective enforcement, and conspiracy amongst many other civil rights violations involving the Cherry Hill Twp police department, municipal court system and also several other NJ police departments, the Chicago police and Amtrak police AND the Kansas City MO police and Amtrak police. At this time my first focus is the Cherry Hill NJ issue because those police officers broke my wrist when I was already seated and chained to a bench by my right wrist and left ankle and there's NO WAY they can justify 3 officers coming into that room to gang jump me to break my left wrist when there's no way I could have deserved that ever! I've had to leave at least 2 voicemail messages since Monday 7/6/26 and it's now Friday 7/10/26 and I never heard back from anyone though they promise to make contact with you within 24 to 48hrs. So far I am extremely disappointed with this firm. I guess they have enough money and don't want to work and be paid for cases worth millions.

I reached out to this firm multiple times regarding the Accredo class action, leaving voicemails for specific individuals and messages through their website with no response over 4 months.
I had a Psoriatic Arthritis flare after my Rx was delayed for a month, which then resulted in the development of irreversible Type 1 diabetic complications to include: neuropathy in feet/hands, dexterity issues, balance issues, moderate hearing loss with tinnitus and cognitive decline. Seeing neurologist, endocrinologist, rheumtologist, undergone hearing test, brain MRI, balance testing, nerve conduction/EMG...
If this firm isn't capable of responding to a potential client how successful will they be in pursuing a class action? Besides this, the firms rating......well.....STINKS!

What a waste of time. bot emails come to you, they know nothing of your case when submitting information in advance and make you repeat it. They are NOT LARGE. there are only two of them, and they know less about housing than a City Planner does. Do not waste your precious days and time with this firm!!

I have been trying to reach someone conference my civil rights case on SH & SA at my property. I have called several times, sent a e-mail and even sent some texts. If you are not going to take my case can you please notify me so I know to move on. To leave me hanging under these circumstances and me with disabilities is very UNETHICAL, especially for a law firm.
