Attourney Barney given has repeatedly filed false pleadings, contributed to a deposition of a sexual assault plaintiff being altered, and has distorted the docket repeatedly. He has even been admonished by the judge for repeatedly attempting to sanction a sexual assault victim. He has personally floated protective orders and refused to comply with protective orders. He recently filed over 200 pages claiming things that are proven false.after reciviening contemporaneous and clear evidence he decided to file something claiming that the plaintiff has not given on piece of evidence to cooperate her claims when that is simply untrue. He said this after recurving search history from the time of the assault as well as messages right after. And hundreds of pages of medical records on top of that. The evidence is strong yet it files things completly lying. Also this firm took this case despite the plaintiff herself calling this firm to seek representation in the past. Very unethical. This attourney yelled at plaintiff repeatedly during deposition and attempted to use the sexual assault deposition to actually criminally question plaintiff about false claims of deffemation against his own client. He is truly unethical.
